Sizes

Yes, you can check the universal size chart in our size chart page, for detailed size chart, you can check it in product page.

If you want detailed size chart, please refer to the size chart in product page. The universal size chart page is provided for reference.

There is no industrial standard for footwear. We tried our best to provide detailed size information for your reference. If you have any questions about the sizes before purchasing, feel free to contact us.

1) Place a blank sheet of paper on a flat surface, against a wall or other 90° surface.

2) Place your foot on the paper, heel against the wall.

3) Mark the end of the longest toe with a pen or pencil.

4) Measure both feet in inches and use the larger measurement between the two feet.

5) Read your measurement and compare it to the size chart here.

6) When comparing to the chart, use the closest larger measurement to determine your size, per your country's standard.

We do provide half sizes for certain styles, you can check the product page to check whether it has half size or not, if you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

We will confirm the case, if it's our fault to send the wrong size to you, we will take the responsibility for sending the right size to you and cover the return fees for you.

Sorry, we do not offer free returns at present. You can ask for a return and we will refund you for the order, while you have to cover the shipping fees yourself.

You should contact us asap, we will try our best to correct it for you while we can not assure you we can get it right because our shipping department will ship the orders according to our order system. You will have to take the responsibility for filling the wrong address.
